Northseafood Holland B.V. is one of the most important processing plants of deep-frozen flat fish in Holland, with two factories both located in Urk.

Established in 1982, Northseafood is a company of rich tradition. Over a 30-year period, the company evolved into a financially solid business, producing 10.000 tons of product per year.

Northseafood produce for brands like Findus, Iglo and Nestlè and since several years also for the major European supermarket chains.

They can provide different products like:

• Natural and breaded pre-fried plaice fillets, packed in bags, boxes and cartons
• Mugnaia plaice fillets, packed in bags, boxes and cartons
• Steam delight fillets with different coatings for microwave cooking
• Cod fillets and portions, different glazing and packaging
• Dover Soles
• Turbot

Northseafood can also provide fished from different origins like Alaskan Pollack and Dab.

The export markets are Italy, Germany, England, France, Sweden and Austria.

The factories strictly follow HACCP rules and they are certified IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
